Dr. Tom Schuster IV is a man of many talents and interests. When he's not testing out the latest running watch, electric scooter, or skiing or training for a marathon, he's probably using the latest sous vide machine, smoker, or pizza oven - to the delight or chagrin of his family! Tom loves spending time with his wife and two young children and enjoys being active outdoors. He is also an avid reader and loves learning about new technologies and gadgets.
